The Friday before Halloween Zac and I got together with Jesse and Cat to carve some pumpkins. It was a fun and yes, messy night. Zac and I went to the pumpkin patch first, mostly for the fun experience, and decided the pumpkins were too expensive (we would have paid $36 for 2 pumpkins!) there so we went to the grocery store and bought the same size pumpkins for $7 for both!
Obviously the cat is mine, the skull in cross bones Cat and Jesse did together, and the haunted house is Zac's. So cute huh?!
I was born in Logan, Ut on March 4, 1985, but I lived most of my life in Vancouver, WA. I graduated from Mt. View High School in 2003, then went to Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. I graduated in April 2008 with a degree in Biology. I am a true blue cougar through and through, and constantly wish I could be back at BYU. I love art, crafting, being outside, and being with family and friends.
Zac
I was born and raised in Murray, UT on January 7, 1982. I graduated from Murray High School in 2000, and after that I went on a 2 year LDS mission to Phnom Phen, Cambodia. When I got back I attended Brigham Young University, and I graduated in April 2007 with a degree in Bio-technology with a minor in buisness. I love playing any sport, but I really like soccer, golf, and flag football. I am a die hard BYU fan, I love being active and outside, and I like anything that challenges me physically or mentally.
Our Life Together
Zac and I were married in the Portland, OR temple on August 17, 2007 after dating for a year and 1/2. In January 2008 we moved to San Jose, CA where Zac had accepted a job at Stryker as a business planner, and he has since been promoted to a supervisor. I am currently working during the school year as substitute teacher, and during the summer I am a camp counselor. We are currently expecting our first child.
Wow! You guys carve super fancy pumpkins! Ours were fairly simple faces...
